How the Discovery Began The discovery began in Belgium in 2009, during the early years of my private nursing practice. Through my patients, I began to realize something remarkable — my approach to wound management was different. Many of my patients, who had lived with chronic wounds for one to twenty years, began to heal after failing to respond to conventional treatments. Driven by these unexpected recoveries, I started researching, experimenting, and creating sample formulations using the same natural and medical-grade materials I already worked with daily. As both a nurse and a mother, I approached each wound as if it were a child in need — with patience, protection, and persistence. That spirit of care became the foundation for what would become the Neudebri® Method, the Aloe-Gi™ Exudate Control System, and the VCO–Moringa Oleifera Preventive & Skin Exfoliation Kit. Today, the global rate of amputation remains alarmingly high. Despite the existence of more than 5,000 types of wound dressings, consistent evidence of true healing remains scarce. Theories are abundant — but rarely applied in practice. What we discovered was that the core issue lies not in the absence of knowledge, but in the lack of reliable tools at the primary care level. After years working in the operating room — circulating, assisting in anesthesia, and handling surgical, orthopedic, and gynecological cases — I transitioned into home care. That’s where the awakening happened. Patients would often tell me, “I wish I had met you 3, 10, even 20 years ago.” At first, I laughed it off. But as I saw chronic wounds finally healing — wounds others had given up on — I realized something powerful: I was doing what many were afraid to do. I performed sharp debridement safely and compassionately, even without anesthetics, using only the instruments I had. To make it more precise and patient-friendly, I began designing my own tools. What started as a single handmade prototype evolved into three surgical variants, each refined by clinical experience and patient feedback. But every wound led me to deeper questions: Why do some wounds simply refuse to heal? That question became the engine of discovery. It pushed me to explore the biological, environmental, and social barriers to recovery. Each finding led closer to a system — not just a product line, but an eco-system for healing. As I move forward with the clinical studies, I keep discovering amazing things about the inventions. Each case tells a story — unique, awakening, and deeply human.
